The TYR Tactical® Patent Pending CQB3+ (M855) Special Mission Rapid Response Ballistic Shield is built to work as a standalone shield in close quarter combat.  The ergonomic design is lightweight, easily maneuverable and provides protection from Level III+ threats. The CQB3+ comes standard with a padded shield handle and form arm pad for increased comfort when used for an extended period of time.  The patent pending Ballistic Ridge provides protection to the perimeter of shield from damage due to impact. It also provides additional protection against back face deformation and side spall created by a ballistic event. Tyr Tactical® also offers an array of additional shield accessories and solutions including lighting options, digital viewport and load carriage/dolly systems.
